People look at your face all day, especially your eyes. It's just common courtesy to look someone in the eye when you're talking to them. With all this attention on your eyes, you want the skin around them to look young and fresh. This article discusses the loss of collagen and how to get it back.
Skin under the eyes is extremely vulnerable to the signs of aging. It's the thinnest area of skin on the body. This is why rejuvenating the skin with an anti wrinkle eye cream is such a delicate thing.

The sort that reduces puffiness and dark circles. I have been told the Aldi one is *excellent* , and very cheap. What about Garnier *Ultra Lift* is that any good.
I use the aldi one and find it pretty good, if you read the packaging it has all of the same ingridients as the expensive ones. The best wrinkle treatment is Pure Vitamin A which you can get in most health shops, you would have to use it for a while to see results though. If the wrinkles are really bothering though you would be best saving up for the new Fraxel Laser treatment ( I am), which is supposed to be brilliant for treating the eye area. Good Luck!!

I recommend the Oil of Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum. Overall, I’ve been really happy with the entire Olay Regenerist line, but this eye wrinkle cream was my favorite. Most of our body regenerates really well and from the ‘original’ source. Our skin, however, doesn’t – it makes a copy of itself, then a copy of the copy, etc. Imagine taking something you have filmed on VHS tape (if you remember those!!), then taking a copy of that – it won’t be quite as good and imperfections will creep in. Take a copy of that copy and the quality is worse still. Eventually you wont even be able to tell what you should be watching. It’s the same theory with skin regeneration. So basically right from the word go.

i have the same issue. Most likely, it’s a genetic issue. You could always use cover-up, or you could try one of those anti wrinkle moisturizers.

There are many great wrinkle creams out there but the ones that work best tend to be very costly. Depending on what country you are in, (Ill assume the US for now), id try some of the medium cost creams that you could get in some department stores ie Macy’s , if that doesnt work try some of the higher end creams from cosmetic based stores like Sephora or Ulta.
Botox will definitely clear that up but it is not a permanent fix. “Botox injections typically last between three to four months. An individual patient’s results will vary, but they can expect this approximate amount of effectiveness to the treatment.” “Generally, Botox injections cost $350 to $500 per area injected. It is important that you discuss your budget with your surgeon well in advance so that you can make the most informed decisions.” (cited below)
That said, Botox is a pretty fast fix but you would be looking at a 1000 or more a year in upkeep for it, so that may make those 100 dollar creams at cosmetic stores more appealing.

I really do not want to boast but i feel i have a nice area around my eyes. im a guy, ha. no wrinkles or anything like that, nor bags under my eyes. I recently began wearing contacts and i know that the skin around my eyes is the most delicate on a body and i feel somehow that these contacts are the cause of the new 2 or 3 small lines under my eyes. The natural Way:
There are many ways to remove eye bags naturally, though there were 3 that I found worked the best for me.
1. You see it in movies all the time. When girls have facial masks on, cucumbers on their eyes? Maybe you have done it too. Now, there is a meaning to their madness.
Cucumbers actually penetrate your eyes, and reduce swelling. The “Puffyness” that you see, is actually fat and muscle underneath your eyes. This method will reduce or eliminate this completely. But remember, these are only temporary and will have to be done more than once.
2. Dab your eyes with extremely cold ice-water. This will start to reduce the swelling.
3. Place the cucumbers in the water for about 5 minutes.
4. Put the cucumbers over your eyes. Make sure they completely cover the eye, and bottom of the eye. You should keep them on for about 10 minutes. This would be a good time to take a small nap. Sleep also helps reduce the black circles.
This method should work for most of you. Unless your bags are very dark.
If this doesn’t work, you should try the same method, except with POTATOES.

theirs really not much you can do to get rid of wrinkles but to avoid getting more use a good moisturizer that will also make wrinkles less noticeable, always use sun screen when your in the sun and if possible a sun hat or something to block the sun, get better sleep and eat lots of protein to get rid of the dark circles.

Sounds like you also have dry skin. To make your wrinkles less visible you have to keep your skin moisturized and hydrated. Use a good creamy moisturizer with spf all year round. Also drink lots of water.

I very much doubt they’re actual wrinkles, they’re probably just natural creases – When you squint, do they go away? If so they’re definitely creases, wrinkles will leave a small indented line when the skin is stretched. I’d suggest cocoa butter to start, it smells great and encourages elasticity in the skin. Don’t use anti-wrinkle creams without testing them first. I used to be under the impression I had wrinkles (again, they were creases) and used some of my mom’s anti-wrinkle creams or something. My eyes puffed up like MAD, which is even worse
just test a little of it on your skin and if it doesn’t react or puff up then it should be fine to use. Just don’t do anything drastic, love yourself for who you are, us teens have to stick together

You can do the standard, apply cold tea bags over your eyes to reduce puffinesss you’ve probably seen people do this with cucumbers, but tea bags are best. The skin around your eyes is the most delicate skin on your body be kind to it. Make sure you always remove make up with a good make up remover (clinique has a good one) and apply Benefits Eyecon. This works great, a little pricey but my best friend. When you apply it, sort of pat it on, don’t rub it on like you would lotion on your arms. Some people just have dark circles under their eyes unfortunately all you can do is try to take care of them to not make the situation worse prematurely. Good luck:)

it sounds like you’re a little insecure with contacts as well. It’s unlikely you have gross wrinkles at your age…but the skin under your eyes is delicate so it’s not a bad idea to use an eye cream with an spf of 15 in it. Nothing special, just something from the drug store should do the trick for now. Sunglasses help as well. Your ring finger is the weakest finger and it’s the best one to use when applying anything around the eye so you don’t stretch the skin as much.

It could be genetics, try getting some sunlight. Besides that, make sure you are eating a balanced diet, sleeping enough, and not overly stressed – those are all things that can cause you to have dark circles
